secondly now its getting lighter and hopefully warmer we're looking at doin some more social events like..

day at a theme park
bbqs house parties
town in town.

so first of all when we are at our meets please try and tidy up if we leave the site in a mess it just gets back to the police then onto me if it carries on then the police will kick off the location lukily atm the police are fine with us being there as we aint causing any trouble.

2nd, again at the sunday meets if your going to mess around then go off and do it somewhere else we dont want to get a bad name for the site and kicked off, if a member of staff asks you stop then please do, if you carry on you number plate will be written down and given to the police i have built up a good relationship with the police if they start seeing tire marks on the ground then we will be told we're not welcome back, i have spoken to the police and asked for more police presence if this continues.

if you mess around and lose control then there is people standing round and parked cars the last thing i want to see is people geting hurt and cars being damaged by other members of the site who are tryin to show off.

3rd thing, when in a convoy if you dont no the final location please dont get messing around you are putting your life and others at risk once again same as on the car park, if this continues you will be left on your own, only site staff know final locations, when following in a convoy keep at a steady speed, leave enough room for cars both infront and behind for breaking if someone breaks suddenly and your too close what can happen? and i dont want that happening to anyone on this site.

Right, Dylan has got the Hoodies sorted now. He will have 3 which have been pre ordered just after the weekend, and I will make sure that he gets pictures up asap!

I need names of people who want Hoodies, as we want to get them ordered in time for Fast Show. Sizes are TBA as I want to get the chest sizes first because we all know that differnet makes Medium is not always medium! Lol.

Prices are roughly £30 but they are thick good quality ones, with Embrodery (Not just transfers!) on both arms, front and back.

I know that Dylan has a lot on at the moment with personal things which I think most of us know about. Therefore after coming on after a few days off sorting jobs and things I am shocked by what this topic was before, and the comments.

Dylan is now putting alot of time, effort and money into this site from behind the scenes and comments like I have seen, tbh sicken me.

I do not expect to see this again, you all know that we are going through some big changes, and its going to take time. Is it too hard to ask for people to please play nicely?!

theres a few lil changes to the site since i've taken over, the 1st is at the top right hand side of the site there is a home button that takes you bk to the main forum page aswell as the smapcc button 1 of those will be coming off as they both go to the same place.

2nd is the promo colour has been changed again back to pink as asked by a few of the female members

there has been a few other changes but havent gone up yet, hopefully there'll be a few more changes to come yet aswell.

i've ordered 300 stickers they've been paid for got them in white, silver and the holographic.

also had a meeting with a lady who is lookin into embroding clothing 4 the site, i've asked 4 prices on jackets, fleeces, hoodies, baseball caps, warm hats, we can have any colour stitched on2 the clothing so i'm just waiting for a price off her atm.

We welcome new suggestions and ideas of how to improve the site.
These should either be sent by PM to any of the staff members, or posted in the suggestions and ideas room.

It is our intention that the forum be a place for fun, information, and lighthearted enjoyment; this should not however come at the cost of ignoring the rights and sensibilities of others.

We do not allow the following...

1. Posts in the wrong room. , please try and post in the correct room for the main aspect of your post. bringing attention to your car would be best suitable in car showroom or general motor chat.

2. Unnecessarily large signatures/fonts, Please exercise a little restraint in this department. Any signature seen a unnecessarily long, or large will be removed without notice by the forum administrators.

3. Pointless posts e.g. "nice car", "can't help" or LOL etc.... these will be removed!

4. editing posts, slander, bitching without prior knowledge from admin is not allowed.

5. constructive critism is allowed so is friendly banter but down right abuse will not be tollerated.

6. if you find a post you do not agree with you can REPORT it and this will contact all admin - do not take this into your own hands please.

7. poaching of members is not acceptable we wouldn't do it to you, so dont register and just promote your site to everyone else in the hope they will follow you, its greed and not in the interest of anyone but your own selfishness.
REMEMBER. access to smapcc.co.uk forums is a privilege granted by the owners, which can be taken away, (wholly, or singly) at any time they deem to be appropriate for the benefit of the club.

8. Text talk - Please try and refrain from doing this, if you dont have time to type what you mean then leave it for time when you can. yer okies c u lata just are not plain english and we as a club dont want to have to convert things into plain english. Posts with text talk will be removed without prior warning.

9:All spam areas have had post adding removed and disabled, due to the high volume of spam people that tend only to post in the lounge or adult room with not gain any extra posts.

10:The adult room is for 18+ topics if you think these will offend you pm Laner and we will remove you from the group.

11 any members found bitching or deliberately provoking another member in to arguing will be verbally warned.

12 Personal issues are not permitted to be raised on the site and any such member found doing so will receive a verbal warning, after doing this if they proceed to continue they will be officially warned

13 Deliberately attempting to raise post amount by way of causing chaos on the site is not permitted and such posts shall be removed without any notification.

14. Arguing with staff members over decisions made on the forum is not tollerated or bullying or ganging up on those admin / moderators in charge, anyone considered to be doing this will have their membership of the forum reviewed.
